Okay girls, all it takes is 1/2 milk (water will do if you haven't been to the store n a while). Mix, bake in mini muffin tins, 9 minutes and whola... heaven!!!
I keep 5 in the pantry at a time. Even a lousy cooking mom can be a hero for the kiddos with this treat. I use to have trouble finding so I bought 10 at a time. No kidding, I'm sure my grocer though I was having a party every month... no just me worrying the store was going to run out and never place another order.
Healthy? No! Addictive? Yep!
One of my few created recipes: in a cup,layer mini pound cake muffins,chocolate pudding and cut up strawberries.
No, I'm not a self proclaimed chef, or baker, or anything of the sort! I wish I were, I wish I had a blog on all the great food I've mixed and made.
